Introduction
Please read these Terms and Conditions
carefully before using this website operated by Eeziweb Ltd (Company Number:
4760588 and VAT Number: 831 3321 68) By accessing or using our website
you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as they may
be modified and posted on our website from time to time. Prices listed
are in £GBP and are inclusive of Delivery costs and VAT.
General
Whilst every effort has been made to
ensure that the information contained on this website and in our catalogues
is accurate and up to date, Eeziweb Ltd cannot be held liable for any
errors, omissions or price changes. Due to continuous product development
specifications & colours may change and we may substitute a product for
one of similar or better quality - please confirm upon order. E & O E
Please consult your Doctor before using any product. All products are
subject to availability. All products are delivered flat packed and will
require assembly by you. Installation may be available for an extra charge.
How To Order Please note that in all cases we must have a contact telephone
number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this
information. We have three methods for you to place your order! Telephone,
Mail, and Internet. All orders must be paid for in full before they will
be shipped or ordered from the supplier. This includes any item that is
put on backorder for you because it is out of stock. Payment is necessary
so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order. If you do not
wish for payment to be taken for backorder items, we will be able to leave
the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will
be free stock available to fulfil your order.
How To Order
Please note that in all cases we must
have a contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process
your order without this information. We have three methods for you to
place your order! Telephone, Mail, and Internet. All orders must be paid
for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from the supplier.
This includes any item that is put on backorder for you because it is
out of stock. Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming
stock to your order. If you do not wish for payment to be taken for backorder
items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we
cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfil your
order.
Telephone Orders
Telephone orders can be placed Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Have
your order and credit card details ready. When placing your order by phone,
you will be given an order number, which you need to keep for future reference.
Mail Orders
If ordering by post you must provide all relevant information (i.e. product
code and description, name and address, postcode and contact telephone
numbers). Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for clearance of personal
cheques on top of normal delivery time.
Internet Orders
Log onto www.treadmills.org.uk and follow the online instructions. If

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your
order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does
not apply to items made to your specification; perishable goods (e.g.
food/supplements) goods purchased in store. To cancel your order you must
write to us at our Rugby Head Office or send an email to sales@treadmills.org.uk
, either before your order is despatched or within seven working days
of delivery of your item(s),quoting your order number.

If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not
yet received or you refuse to accept the delivery, then you are responsible
for all return freight charges to Eeziweb Ltd.
If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived
damaged you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order
in writing within seven working days of delivery of your item(s)it is
your responsibility to return the item(s) to Eeziweb Ltd at your expense.
You must ensure that the goods are securely packed & insured against loss
or damage & the goods arrive in an as new saleable condition by a carrier
that requires a signature as proof of delivery.
Warranties
All products on our web site & in our catalogues are covered by a manufacturers
warranty. If you are using any of the products in an environment other
than in a residential house you must check to see if the product you are
purchasing has a warranty for the environment you are going to use it
in. For example a product with a "home use" warranty will have no warranty
whatsoever if used in a Full or Light Commercial environment. If you are
unsure as to which classification of usage you require please ask & we
will be happy to check if the products are suitable. No manufacturers
warranty covers failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive
use or if the customer alters the product in any way or if the customer
fails to provide reasonable & necessary care.
Warranties also vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you require
clarification of the terms for particular products we will be happy to
supply these for you.
Non UK Mainland Warranties
If you live outside the UK it is advisable that you check if the product
you are wishing to purchase will have any warranty outside the UK. Labour
warranties for UK offshore postcodes may not be available. Please check
before ordering. This is applicable to ALL offshore postcodes including
Isle of Wight & Isle of Man etc.
Delivery Information
Please note: Due to Health & Safety regulations deliveries above or below
ground floor are at the carriers discretion and are not guaranteed. This
includes (but not limited to) steps that are immediately outside the premises,
which are required to climb in order to gain access to the property.
Free Delivery
All orders in our catalogues & on our website over £99.00 are delivered
FREE to mainland UK addresses, excluding (but not limited to) the following
postcodes: BT, HS, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, KW and all offshore postcodes.
There may be a delivery surcharge to these postcodes.
Restricted Access
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, Eeziweb Ltd or any carriers
delivering on behalf of us MUST be informed of ANY restrictions regarding
access for the delivering vehicles. This includes but not limited to,
steps (including those required to climb to gain access to the property
entrance), any overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes,
tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the
delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. Eeziweb
Ltd will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused
delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any
points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled
due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges
& a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied.
Delivery (One Man)
All orders are processed and shipped in the order that they are received.
Normal delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. Please note that unless the
carrier/supplier offers a delivery booking in service your order will
arrive without prior notification. A card will be left if no one is home
& the goods returned to the carrier's local depot to await your contact.
Delivery times may increase around holidays and peak shipping seasons.

The freight delivery service you receive may vary among carrier companies.
Since most carriers deliver to the curb side immediately adjacent to their
vehicle and regard inside delivery as an extra service cost, it may be
necessary for you to assist or move merchandise into your home, this is
especially relevant if you live in a block of flats as carriers will only
deliver to the ground floor entrance to the block. If you have alternative
delivery requirements, please contact Eeziweb Ltd. Be sure to include
one or two phone numbers in case the carrier needs to notify you to arrange
delivery.
All deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 8:00am & 5:30pm. Our carriers
are unable to give specific times for delivery. An express 'NEXT DAY'
delivery service MAY be available on certain products (subject to availability)

Request For Specefic Delivery Date
Orders
It may be possible to request delivery for a specific date. Eeziweb
Ltd will endeavour to make this happen but it cannot be guaranteed. Eeziweb
Ltd will not entertain any claim whatsoever for compensation arising from
late delivery due to a third party carrier.
Refused Deliveries
If it is found that any of the larger products upon delivery 'will not
fit' through any doors/stairwells etc and the product is subsequently
returned/refused, you are responsible for all outward & return carriage
costs incurred by Eeziweb Ltd & a 10% restocking fee is applicable. Please
also see 'Restricted Access' terms. We would therefore recommend that
you ensure the product will fit and can be transported to its ground floor
point of installation easily. If you need to confirm the boxed dimensions
of a product please call Eeziweb Ltd prior to placing your order.
Delivery (Two Man)
This service is available on larger or premium priced products (check
at time of order). Although the carrier will place the product in the
ground floor room of your choice, this is subject to good and safe access.
Please note: Due to Health & Safety regulations deliveries above or below
ground floor are at the carriers discretion and are not guaranteed. This
includes steps that are immediately outside the premises and are required
to climb in order to gain access to the property. Please allow at least
8 working days for this service. All deliveries are made Monday - Friday
between 8am & 6pm. Our carriers are unable to give specific times for
delivery.
If it is found that the product 'will not fit' through/round any doors/stairwells
etc and the product is subsequently returned, you are responsible for
all outward & return carriage costs & a 10% restocking fee is applicable.
These larger products have pre-arranged deliveries, which means the item
will be booked in with you by the carrier or the supplier. If when the
carrier arrives with your goods after pre-arrangement and there is no-one
present to receive them, they will be returned to the carrier's depot,
or to the supplier. In this case you will be liable for ALL charges for
re-delivery. Please note, if the order is subsequently cancelled, you
will be liable for all carriage charges and a 10% restocking fee also.
Late Deliveries
We, or our carriers will always try to arrive on time, but will not be
held responsible for late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.
Short Deliveries & Damage To Packaging
When the delivering carrier brings your order you MUST count the pieces
you receive & look for any damage to the packaging. It is noted on the
carrier's delivery note, the number of boxes you should receive. If the
number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces
on the carrier's delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you
received on the delivery note by your signature. Damage to packaging MUST
be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. You must cross out
"delivered in good condition" from the carrier's delivery note. It is
very important to check your order. A signature is an acceptance that
you have received the whole order & that the packaging was in good condition.
Any short delivery of boxes must be reported to Eeziweb Ltd within
48 hours of signing. Neither Eeziweb Ltd nor the delivering carrier
can be held responsible for short deliveries or damages to packaging if
you do not note them on your delivery note. This does not affect your
statutory rights in the event of the goods being faulty.
The customer is asked to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible
after delivery & notify us of any fault or damage as soon as reasonably
possible.
Collection Of Faulty Products
In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault (proof
of purchase will be required) or is found to be faulty upon delivery,
we will arrange to have this item collected free of charge or an engineer
to call at the discretion of the manufacturer. Items for collection must
be packed in secure appropriate packaging and be made available for collection
by our carriers within 24hrs of you notifying us they are faulty. If when
the carrier arrives to collect the goods, they are found not to be available/ready,
a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to
recollect. Once the items are received back at Eeziweb Ltd, we will
inspect the product(s), and if necessary arrange to send out a replacement
product. Please note that if the product is found on inspection NOT to
be faulty on it's return to us, we may send this item back to you, and
all delivery charges will be payable by you. Please note that if proof
of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any/all
repairs.
Please note: To give you the best service possible you will be required
to contact the manufacturer/supplier directly for any faults/service issues
for products other than FINNLO and HAMMER SPORT AG. Please contact us
for further details.
Cancellations and Returns
To qualify for the 30-day return option the purchase price of the item
being returned must exceed £200, otherwise our normal 10-day return option
applies. Please note the 30 day return option is only applicable to purchases
made through our "Treadmills.org.uk" website and does not apply to purchases
made in-store or from catalogues. Some special order items (e.g. manufactured
to order only, or, imported especially for a specific customer) do not
qualify for the "30 day return option". Should this be the case you will
be advised of this prior to shipment.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it (in
its original packaging, freight prepaid) to us for a refund or credit
(less any actual shipping, delivery and/or assembly charges incurred by
us, in getting the product delivered to you). Please note any free-of-charge
items received when purchasing the returned product/s, must also be returned,
or paid for in full. No returns will be accepted without prior written
authorisation from Eeziweb Ltd.
In order to return your goods, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation
number (RMA) from us within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be made
using the original packaging & must arrive to us in good condition, with
freight prepaid. The returned merchandise must be received back to Eeziweb Ltd within 10 days of receiving the RMA. You must prepay all shipping
charges and insure the shipment, or accept the risk of loss or damage
during shipment, which you will be liable for.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA), please contact Eeziweb Ltd customer Service department on 07984 993248. We will credit your
purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with an RMA number.
Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 30
days; in the event of the item being returned to Eeziweb Ltd. Please
note Eeziweb Ltd will not accept goods returned in non-original packaging.
Please note any customer refusing to accept delivery of their order for
any reason other than the product being damaged in transit will be subject
to a 10% restocking fee, and the customer will also be responsible for
freight costs both ways incurred by Eeziweb Ltd.
Please note, goods purchased in store are exchanged at the manager's discretion
& may be subject to a restocking charge.

you are not satisfied with your order or have questions about your order,

Installations
If you require installation on a product / products in the catalogue,
the time between order & installation may be longer than for that of delivery
only. We will always try to arrive on time, but will not be held responsible
for late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances. It is imperative that
the space for the product/s has been cleared & that access is unrestricted.
If the installer is unable to commence work due to the area not being
cleared or access not being available at the agreed time Eeziweb Ltd
reserve the right to charge £25 for every half hour the installation engineer
is unable to start work. We must be informed at the time of placing the
order where the product/s are to be installed. All prices quoted are for
ground floor installations in the main building of the property or a garage
at side of the main part of the building. Installations above or below
ground floor or outside the main building i.e. an outhouse etc may be
subject to surcharge, especially if not mentioned at the time of order.
You may be asked to assist the installer to get the product/s to their
location, if no help is available then a 2 man installation may be required
at extra cost.
Eeziweb Ltd, are within their rights to refuse any installation if
the installer deems the installation location to be hazardous or the request
unreasonable. If the product does not fit into the area where the installation
is requested & a representative of Eeziweb Ltd did not measure the
area, then Eeziweb Ltd cannot be held responsible, therefore the customer
will incur the cost of the visit. Agreed installation times must be adhered
too.
Adequate parking / vehicle access must be provided by the customer. Any
charges incurred by the installer for parking etc will be chargeable.
If the installation time is extended by there being inadequate parking
/ access then the extra time will also be chargeable at £50 per hour.
