Christmas Orders

Orders placed with cleared payment on the 20th can be disaptched in time for delviery before the weekend (please make sure that someone is available all day at the delviery address). Any ordes after the 21th will not be processed until the the 3rd Jan at the earliest.


Deliveries are usually sent by Next Working Day service, except to zones where this service isn't available. In those cases, 2-3 Day service is normally used. Zones, charges and service availibility are given in the 'Deliveries' section of each product page for reference. Due to fluctuations with the service providers, charges (where applicable) are intended to be a guide only. Please contact us for current prices.

Deliveries are generally sent by the next available collection after cleared payment is received.

Deliveries are handled by a contracted carrier and not by ourselves. Once the item has left us, we are in the hands of the carrier to meet their guaranteed delivery commitment. Tracking information can be obtained, but we will need to pursue the carrier for each individual case, which affects information response time.


Distance Selling Regulations 2000:
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this website for a full refund. To cancel, you MUST email us at or write to us at the address given in the 'Contact Us' section, quoting your order / reference number within 7 days, starting from the day after delivery.

You have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the item(s) and pack them sufficiently well, and you must return the goods to us at your own cost. The cost of rectifying omisions, dilapidations and breakages may be deducted from refunds. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of the notice of cancellation.

If goods are to be returned after 7 days for reasons other than being faulty, or other than due to errors made by, then a 20% handling and repackaging charge may be deducted from any refund. The customer will also be liable for return carriage costs. can arrange for repacked goods to be collected by a parcel carrier. The charge can be notified and agreed before collection on request. (Within UK delivery zones only)

Please do not return goods without notifying us that you wish to cancel.
